Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Elite Shine Services

LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Elite Shine”). By scheduling an appointment or receiving services at our shop, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

2. Services Provided

Elite Shine Services LLC provides professional auto detailing, ceramic coating, and pressure washing services performed exclusively at our shop located at 17569 West Summit, Goodyear, AZ. All vehicles must be dropped off at the scheduled time.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

All services are by appointment only. Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our booking system. Clients must drop off their vehicle on time to avoid delays. A valid contact number must be provided for updates and service completion notifications.

4. Payment & Pricing

Full payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup unless agreed upon in advance. We accept cash,

credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service level. Additional fees may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or other unforeseen

conditions.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $125 cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address and resolve the issue. Refunds or redo's are issued at our discretion.

7. Liability & Damage Policy

While we take great care during all services, Elite Shine Services LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage resulting from worn or faulty components. We may take before and after photos for documentation and quality assurance. Customers are advised to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to drop-off. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside.

8. Vehicle Pickup & Storage

Clients will be notified when their vehicle is ready. Vehicles must be picked up within 12 hours of

notification unless prior arrangements are made. Vehicles left beyond 12 hours may incur a storage fee of $25 per day.

9. Privacy Policy

Client information is confidential and never shared or sold. For more details, refer to our full Privacy

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Maricopa County.
